Reflection. 1st July, 2021

After a four-day period of confusion, I received advice and guidance from offline mentors. He suggested that I don’t be too obsessed with the term forest. Digital Forest can have a multi-dimensional understanding, and even said that this is an open topic. For example, I can do some design about linking forests to cities and how to make people feel better. Can you feel the feeling of the forest in the city? This series of questions made me think. I went to Queen Marry's Rose Garden the first time, because I learned that before I came to the offline course, other students had already gone to the forest collectively. I think I should go there too, maybe it will give me more ideas. . When I went to this park, I found that there is a ring-shaped rest area, which surrounds the rose display area in the center of the circle, and there are many places for people to rest, and this is exactly what I can link to the product design A direction of furniture design. So I took a lot of photos there and started to think about whether I could improve some of the facilities in the rest area.
